As we're approaching the end of Stampin! Up's Annual Catalogue, I thought I'd get out the 2014-2016 In Colours and start using them before they retire in a few months.
So for this weeks Crazy Crafters Team Highlight, I paired Tangelo Twist with a technique I saw online called the drapery fold. I found a great tutorial on Song of My Heart (here) so used this as a guide to put together my card.
I used the Tangelo Twist spotted paper from the 2014-2016 Designer Series Paper Stack to make the drapery fold and then wrapped some Whisper White Baker's Twine around it a few times.
I die cut one of the butterflies from the Butterflies Thinlits and attached it to the front of the card before stamping a sentiment, from Suite Sayings, in Tangelo Twist. Add a few rhinestones and the card is complete!
Before heading off, don't forget to visit Kylie Bertucci's blog (after 6:30pm (AEDT), Friday 1 April 2016) and vote on your favourite Crazy Crafters creation!
Thanks for stopping by!
